T-Mobile can roam into Canada but AT&T cannot. Customers based in the US which go into Canada must have T-Mobile devices and service  If the customer is based in Canada and roams into the US, Rogers is the correct option. Devices cannot be switched or upgraded so customers must get the correct device to start or purchase new devices.
