When the vehicle travels over 5 mph, the system will create an automatic Drive log. This can happen if a driver moves his vehicle while off duty or in sleeper berth status, and will interrupt the consecutive hours of rest required. If the driver was still logged into the app it will assign that driving to him/her and place them on duty. If logged out, when the driver logs in it will be presented as unassigned and prompt the driver to accept or reject the log. If the driver accepts this log, it will retroactively change their status.
