To add a user an account admin will need to email support@fleetistics.com with the persons first and last name, access level (admin, supervisor, employee, none). The support team will enter the new user in the system which will then sync between MyFleetistics, Geotab and other integrated services.

Remember: Never add a user or change a password in the GPS system (MyGeotab, ONE, LITE), just in MyFleetistics.
